1, before installing the metal tube float flowmeter, be sure to clean up the welding slag and debris in the pipeline.
2,In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the metal tube float flowmeter, a straight pipe section of not less than 10D should be added to the inlet end of the flowmeter, and a straight pipe section of not less than 5D should be added to the outlet end.
3, if the measured medium is a large pulsating flow or two-phase flow, the upstream of the metal tube float flowmeter should be installed buffer to eliminate or weaken the pulsation, to ensure that the flow of the medium is single-phase stable, at the same time, it is recommended that the flow meter use the damping type.
4, if the measured medium is dirty or contains magnetic particles, should be installed in the upstream of the metal tube float flowmeter filter or magnetic filter.
5, the installation of metal tube float flowmeter should be able to properly support the vibration of the pipeline or reduce the axial load of the flowmeter, otherwise the support of the fixed flowmeter should be increased.
6, in order to facilitate the maintenance of metal tube float flowmeter, magnetic filter cleaning and regular maintenance of the user pipeline.
7, when the metal tube float flowmeter is used for gas measurement, it should be ensured that the working pressure in the pipeline is not less than 5 times the pressure loss of the flowmeter, so that the flowmeter can be stable and normal operation.
8, for the electric remote transmission and metal tube float flowmeter with alarm limit switch before use, open the instrument cover, and connect the wire correctly according to the wiring diagram. For the screw at the alarm type of the loose limit switch, the user sets the limit alarm position according to the need, and screws are tightened, and used after recovery.
9, according to the warning sign in the instrument indicator, remove the stopper to prevent float vibration during transportation, and then use the instrument after recovery.
10, if the metal tube float flow timing, because there is no pressure in the pipeline or the system has not reached the normal use of the instrument working pressure, you must slowly open the control valve, until the system is normal, the instrument can be used, otherwise it is easy to cause the pointer beating or the sudden impact of the float and damage.
11, when the user uses, if the density of the measured flow body is different from the water, or the parameters and working state of the measured gas are not specified by the manufacturer at the same time, the metal tube float flowmeter should be converted.
