ultrasonic level transmitter

Ultrasonic level gauges can be directly used to query the liquid level height of various media in containers. The ultrasonic level gauge is suitable for liquid level indication in industrial fields such as petroleum and chemical engineering. It has a simple structure, intuitive and clear query, does not clog or leak, is convenient to install and easy to maintain.

Ultrasonic level meters are widely used in the measurement of material levels in industries such as chemical engineering, water treatment, water conservancy, food, and grain. The product features safety, cleanliness, high precision, long service life, stability and reliability, convenient installation and maintenance, and simple reading. The ultrasonic level gauge is a digital level instrument controlled by a microprocessor.

Ultrasonic level meter in the use of possible problems, we can take the following measures:

Ultrasonic level meter in the use of possible problems, we can take the following measures:

In the process of use, we generally call the sound wave with a frequency of more than 20kHz ultrasonic wave, ultrasonic wave is a kind of mechanical wave, that is, mechanical vibration in the elastic medium in a propagation process, it is characterized by high frequency, short wavelength, small diffraction phenomenon, and good directivity, can become a ray and directional propagation.

Radar level meter adopts the mode of transmitting – reflecting – receiving. The antenna of the radar level gauge emits electromagnetic waves, and the radar waves travel at the speed of light. After these waves are reflected by the surface of the measured object, they are received by the antenna. The time from transmission to reception of the electromagnetic wave is proportional to the distance to the liquid surface.

The transmission of sound waves requires a medium, so they cannot travel in a vacuum. Therefore, the limitations of ultrasonic level meter in practical application are still very large, and there are many shortcomings compared with radar level meter.
