Aister Instrument Factory has many years of independent research and development, design and production experience in sonic nozzle gas flow calibration devices. It can accurately calibrate various types of turbine flowmeters, vortex flowmeters, Roots flowmeters, volumetric flowmeters, velocity flowmeters, etc. with diameters ranging from DN15 to DN800.
Introduction
Venturi nozzles, as standard flowmeters, are used for flow verification or testing by the standard meter method. Under the premise of meeting the verification requirements for different types of flowmeters, this device highlights the characteristics of low inaccuracy, wide range, high degree of automation, a wide variety of inspected instruments, reasonable structure, environmental protection, energy conservation and novelty.

1.The device has a compact structure, good repeatability and reliability. The fluid is pollution-free to the atmosphere, safe and reliable, with stable flow and temperature, and will not affect the calibration accuracy.

2.The nozzle has a simple structure, is sturdy and durable, easy to replicate and inspect, and the uncertainty of its outflow coefficient is ≤ 0.2%.

3.Innovatively adopting a high vacuum Angle valve, this valve features a fast action response speed. For instance, the ISO160 switch response speed is 1 second, and it is even faster for small valves. It also features an extremely long service life (800,000 switching actions) and an ultra-low leakage rate of 1.3×10¯7Pa.√ S ⁻ ¹.

4.The air source is multiple sets of Roots blowers, which are flexible in combination. Variable frequency control saves operating costs.

5.When the device is in operation, multiple nozzles can be freely combined according to the flow rate, thus ensuring a wide measurement range. The lower limit is 0.5M³/h and the upper limit flow rate is 1000M³/h. A larger flow rate can be designed according to the customer's requirements.

6.The temperature transmitter and the absolute pressure transmitter adopt the multiple averaging method to further ensure the accuracy of the collected data.

7.The unique balance valve design effectively prevents the fan from overturning and reduces the secondary noise caused.

8.Different pressure ratios can be achieved by using different front and rear hysteresis containers for nozzles of different sizes. Save 30% of electricity. (During special calibration)

9.The automatic watch clamping device adopts precision linear guides and positioning smooth rods, which greatly enhances the efficiency of watch clamping and the sealing effect.

10.The software interface is friendly, clear and easy to understand, reasonably designed and highly automated.
