Introduction

Gas turbine flowmeter is a kind of precision measuring instrument for gas flow measurement. This product is carefully developed by our company combined with our own products. It has the characteristics of low pressure loss, high accuracy, low initial flow rate, good anti-vibration and anti-pulsation flow performance, wide range ratio and so on. It makes the flowmeter a special commercial trade measuring instrument that can accurately measure the accumulation of gas.

When the airflow enters the flow meter, it is first accelerated by the leading fluid of a special structure. Under the action of the fluid, the turbine blade and the flow direction of the fluid are at a certain Angle, and then the turbine generates rotational torque. After the turbine overcomes the resistance moment and friction moment, it starts to rotate. When the torque reaches equilibrium and the rotational speed is constant, the angular velocity of the turbine is linearly related to the flow rate. By using the principle of electromagnetic induction, the magneto at the top of the signal generator is driven by the rotating turbine to change the reluctance periodically, so that the magnetic field also changes accordingly, so that the pulse signal is induced at both ends of the coil and is proportional to the volume flow of the fluid. The signal is amplified by the preamplifier, and the pressure and temperature signals detected by the pressure sensor and temperature sensor are simultaneously input to the flow integrator for calculation and processing, and the standard instantaneous volume flow rate and total volume are directly displayed.

This series flowmeter takes into account the compressibility of the gas, the volume and the temperature of the medium, the pressure is closely related, so the increase of temperature, pressure sensor, track the temperature and pressure changes of the medium, the flow rate is directly converted into the standard state of flow, to ensure the accuracy of measurement. Gas turbine flowmeters can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, industrial boilers and other gas metering and gas regulator stations, natural gas transmission and distribution network, urban natural gas metering and other fields.

Installation

In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the gas turbine flowmeter, the installation position and method must be correctly selected.
1.Requirements for the straight pipe section: The flowmeter must be installed horizontally on the pipeline (the inclination of the pipeline is 5 degrees), and the flowmeter axis should be concentric with the pipeline axis when installed, and the flow direction should be consistent. The upstream of the flow meter should have a straight pipe section of not less than 2D, if the installation site allows it is recommended that the upstream straight pipe section is 20D and the downstream is 5D.
2.Requirements for piping: The inner diameter of the upstream and downstream piping at the installation point of the flowmeter is the same as the inner diameter of the flowmeter.
3.Requirements for bypass pipes: In order to ensure that the normal use of the medium is not affected when the flow meter is repaired, the cutting valve should be installed on the front and back pipes of the flow meter, and the bypass pipes should be set up. The flow control valve should be installed in the downstream of the flow meter, and the valve installed in the upstream of the flow meter must be fully opened when the flow meter is used to avoid inaccurate or unstable measurement.
4.Requirements for the external environment: When the flowmeter is installed indoors, it must be required to take sunscreen and rainproof measures when installed outdoors, so as not to affect the service life.
5.Requirements for impurities in the medium: In order to ensure the service life of the flow meter, a filter should be installed in front of the straight pipe section of the flow meter.
6.Installation location: The flowmeter should be installed in a place that is easy to maintain and free from strong electromagnetic interference and thermal radiation.
7.Installation and welding requirements: The user has another pair of standard flanges welded on the front and rear pipes. Welding with flowmeters is never allowed. Before installing the flow meter, the welding slag and other dirt in the pipe should be strictly removed, and the pipe with equal diameter (or side channel) should be purged instead of the flow meter. To ensure that the flow meter is not damaged during use. When installing flow timing, the gasket between flanges should not be concave into the pipeline.
8.Flowmeter grounding requirements: The flowmeter should be reliably grounded and cannot be shared with the ground wire of the strong current system.
9.Requirements for explosion-proof products: In order to ensure the safe and normal use of the flowmeter, it is necessary to check whether the use environment of the explosion-proof flowmeter is consistent with the user's explosion-proof requirements, and the installation and use process should strictly comply with the national explosion-proof product requirements. The user shall not change the connection mode of the explosion-proof system by himself, and shall not open the flowmeter front cover, pressure opening and other components at will.
