80Ghz radar level meter

The radar level gauge is a radar-type material level measuring instrument with a measurement distance of up to 70 meters. The antenna has been further optimized and processed. A new type of fast microprocessor can perform signal analysis and processing at a higher rate, enabling the instrument to be used for various strongly corrosive liquids.

The measurement of the feed level in the feed storage tower in animal husbandry is crucial for ensuring the efficiency of animal breeding and cost control. However, due to the influence of multiple factors, this process is full of challenges. This article will conduct a detailed analysis of the difficulties in measuring the material level of the feed storage tower.

As an important facility for storing fuel, the accurate measurement of oil level in fuel tanks is directly related to energy management and safety guarantee. Therefore, adopting high-precision and reliable measurement technologies to monitor the oil level in fuel tanks is a crucial link in ensuring the continuity and security of energy supply. Among various liquid level measurement technologies, radar level gauges have become the preferred equipment for measuring the oil level in fuel tanks due to their advantages such as non-contact measurement, high precision and strong stability.

In the chemical products, coatings and coating industries, the accurate measurement of liquid raw materials is particularly important. With the advancement of technology, radar level gauges, as a non-contact liquid level measurement technology, have been widely applied in various liquid level measurement scenarios due to their high precision and reliability.

Whether the radar level gauge can measure correctly depends on the signal of the reflected wave. If the installation position is selected, the liquid level cannot reflect electromagnetic waves back to the radar antenna or there are interferors in the range of signal waves to reflect interference waves to the radar level meter, whether the radar level meter can correctly reflect the accurate liquid level.

Radar level meter adopts the mode of transmitting – reflecting – receiving. The antenna of the radar level gauge emits electromagnetic waves, and the radar waves travel at the speed of light. After these waves are reflected by the surface of the measured object, they are received by the antenna. The time from transmission to reception of the electromagnetic wave is proportional to the distance to the liquid surface.

Whether the radar level gauge can be measured correctly depends on the signal of the reflected wave. If at the selected installation location, the liquid level does not reflect the electromagnetic wave back to the radar antenna or there is interference in the range of the signal wave to reflect the interference wave to the radar level gauge, the radar level gauge will not accurately reflect the actual level. Therefore, the reasonable selection of the installation position is very important for the radar level meter, and the following points should be paid attention to when installing:
