how to install electromagnetic flow meter

Pipe diameter and pipe vibration

The pipe diameter range of some types of flowmeters is not very wide. Therefore, if it is too large or too small, it will limit the selection of flowmeter varieties.

Pipe diameter and pipe vibration

The pipe diameter range of some types of flowmeters is not very wide. Therefore, if it is too large or too small, it will limit the selection of flowmeter varieties. To measure low or high flow rates, a flowmeter pipe diameter different from the pipe diameter size can be selected.

Electromagnetic flowmeters (usually referring to electromagnetic flowmeters, as electromagnetic itself is not directly used for flow measurement) can be installed on PE (polyethylene) pipes, but the following points should be noted to ensure their normal operation and measurement accuracy:

The installation of the electromagnetic flowmeter depends on the requirements of the customer’s working conditions, and then select the type, and install it according to the instructions or the guidance of the flowmeter manufacturer’s staff. The following points need to be noted when installing the electromagnetic flowmeter:

Electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used in the industrial field, in order to make the electromagnetic flowmeter work stable and reliable, accurate measurement, installation needs to be installed in accordance with the correct method.

The requirements of the straight tube section of the electromagnetic flowmeter are very important to ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement results. The following is a detailed analysis of the requirements of the straight pipe section before and after the electromagnetic flowmeter:
