1, the liquid level suddenly becomes smaller: the main check whether the positive pressure chamber pressure system is blocked, leaked, gas collection, lack of liquid, balance valve is closed, etc. The specific way to check whether the pressure induction system is smooth is to stop the transmitter, open the blowdown valve, and check the blowdown situation (except the media that can not leak out).

2, the liquid level fluctuates frequently: first of all, combined with the process personnel to check the feeding and discharging conditions, to determine the normal process condition, can be stabilized by adjusting PID parameters.
