1. Is there any interference
If the turbine flowmeter is disturbed by various electromagnetic waves or electrical energy, its indication stability may also be seriously affected. Therefore, it is very necessary to detect whether there are various powerful interference sources such as frequency converters or motors nearby. If these interference sources exist, their indications may also continue to fluctuate. At this time, a grounding wire should be added to the instrument. If interference is still inevitable, the flowmeter should be installed away from the interference source at this time.
2. Is the water source a pulsating flow
When it comes to using tap water, people think that the speed at which most households use tap water is exactly the same, that is, the tap water in the pipes flows at exactly the same speed. In such circumstances, there will be no pulsating flow, but it cannot be ruled out that the turbine flowmeter will be directly affected by the pulsating flow in some special public places. For instance, when pumping raw materials, if the raw material pump is close to a flowmeter, pulsating flow may occur at this time.
