Electromagnetic flowmeter is a kind of induction meter to measure the volume flow of conductive medium, which can be used to measure the volume flow of strong corrosive liquid such as strong acid and alkali and uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquid such as mud, pulp, pulp, etc. There are many types of intermediate substances in the measurement, the measurement of sewage generally does not require daily maintenance, but the measured medium is easy to be in the electrode and the inner wall of the measurement tube and the electrode. Be careful not to damage the flowmeter lining and electrodes.

In the time of fault self-inspection, we will carry out fault analysis according to specific phenomena, generally as follows:

1. Measure whether the medium in the tube is full, whether the meter’s lining and the meter’s electrode are scaled;

2. Whether all cable connections of the flow meter are reliable and safe;

3. Whether the grounding requirements of the flowmeter are met;

4. Whether the flowmeter excitation coil is short-circuited or disconnected, and whether it is insulated to the ground; .

5. Whether the medium in the pipe system of the flow meter installation is leaking, whether the upstream and downstream valves are affected, and whether the installation position of the flow meter is appropriate and reasonable;

6. Whether the surrounding environment interferes with the flow meter;

7. Whether the converter of electromagnetic flowmeter for sewage will fail.
