Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Ultrasonic flowmeters, as very important flow measurement devices in various industrial fields, have a particularly significant adverse impact on measurement accuracy due to their sensors. Different types of sensors should be selected based on the differences in application environments. Today, Aister Instruments, a flowmeter manufacturer, will provide the following explanations regarding several different sensors.

Matters needing attention during the use of ultrasonic flowmeters

Common faults and solutions encountered in the use of ultrasonic flowmeters for sewage

Ultrasonic flowmeters are flowmeters that measure flow by detecting the effect of fluid movement on ultrasonic beams (or ultrasonic pulses). Ultrasonic flowmeters can all be installed outside the pipe and measure flow in a non-contact manner. Their surface cost is basically independent of the size of the pipe diameter being measured, making them excellent instruments for measuring the flow of large pipes.

Nowadays, the application of ultrasonic flowmeters is becoming increasingly widespread, and their application functions have been recognized by all aspects.

The accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeters in measuring fluid flow is closely related to the on-site working conditions. When selecting the position of the probe equipment, the following conditions should be met:

When installing the probe of the external clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter, it is advisable to select the part with the finest pipe material as much as possible. The equipment area outside the pipe must be clean, and the rust and paint on the pipe surface need to be removed. If conditions permit, use a grinding machine to smooth and polish it, and then use a clean cloth dipped in acetone or alcohol to wipe off the oil stains and dust Next, apply a satisfactory coupling agent to the central part of the probe and the tube wall.

Today, we mainly talk about several common fault situations of ultrasonic flowmeters and the corresponding solutions.

When the user chooses the sewage flow meter and the tap water flow meter, I believe that many users will think of the ultrasonic flow meter, so why is the ultrasonic flow meter so popular?

Today, flowmeter manufacturer Aister meters and you talk about the different advantages of different installation methods of ultrasonic flowmeters.

Sewage ultrasonic flowmeters are favored by many users because of their ability to measure without indirect contact with the medium. However, in the daily use of the process, some users encounter the ultrasonic flow meter display is negative, this is what is going on after all?

Ultrasonic flowmeter in the use of the process, encountered failures are more common, today the flowmeter manufacturer Aister meter in the form of questions and answers to make the common problems of ultrasonic flowmeter to sort out, hope to help you.

The installation of ultrasonic flowmeter is relatively simple and fast compared with other meters. However, the flowmeter manufacturer has to remind you that no matter how well the flowmeter is installed, it should also follow the installation requirements during the installation process.

Ultrasonic flowmeters can be used to measure the flow of fluids and large pipe runoff that are not easily accessible. In practical applications, if the temperature, pressure, the nature of the medium and other conditions are different from the calibration, it is necessary to calibrate the ultrasonic flowmeter, today we talk about the calibration method.

Ultrasonic flowmeter is cost-effective, easy to install and maintain. Today, flowmeter manufacturer Aister meter makes the following guidance for you on the installation of ultrasonic flowmeter.

The correct selection of ultrasonic flowmeter can ensure the better use of ultrasonic flowmeter. What kind of ultrasonic flowmeter should be selected should be determined according to the physical and chemical properties of the measured flow medium. Today, flowmeter manufacturers tell you what to pay attention to before choosing ultrasonic flowmeter

Under the premise of fixed installation conditions, ultrasonic flowmeter improves the signal processing capacity and diagnostic capacity of the flowmeter itself, and can effectively reduce noise. Under normal circumstances, the measuring accuracy of the flowmeter is very important.

The reasonable selection of ultrasonic flowmeter model can ensure the more effective application of ultrasonic flowmeter. The choice of which type of ultrasonic flowmeter should be based on the physical and chemical properties of the measured medium to choose, so that the nominal diameter of the ultrasonic flowmeter, flow range, lining material, electrode material and output current can adapt to the nature of the measured medium and flow measurement requirements.

Everyone must master the installation method when installing the ultrasonic flow meter, if the installation error will directly cause the ultrasonic flow meter damage, today the flow meter manufacturer Aister instrument Xiaobian detail about the specific installation requirements.

Ultrasonic flowmeter installation, use and maintenance is simple and fast, but there are still some points can not be ignored, today the flowmeter manufacturer Aister meter for the maintenance of ultrasonic flowmeter points to make the following explanation.

Ultrasonic flowmeter in the use of the following faults, we can according to the method given in the article to solve.

The installation of the ultrasonic flowmeter is simple and convenient in the installation of all flowmeters, as long as you choose a suitable measuring point, input the pipe parameters at the measuring point into the flowmeter, and then fix the probe on the pipe. Today, flowmeter manufacturer Aister instrument makes the following analysis for you on this topic.

When installing the ultrasonic flow meter, it is necessary to determine the installation position first, so that the ultrasonic flow can be better measured. Today, flowmeter manufacturer Aister meter mainly makes the following explanation for the probe position selection of ultrasonic flowmeter, everyone remember to collect.

In the face of many types of ultrasonic flowmeters, users should choose a reasonable selection according to the actual situation and measurement needs. Today, the flowmeter manufacturer Aister meter gives you a detailed introduction to the selection of ultrasonic flowmeters with different installation methods.

What are the common failures caused by improper installation of ultrasonic flowmeter? Today, flowmeter manufacturer Aister meter collected the fault performance and treatment methods, and it can be collected if necessary.

Ultrasonic flowmeter installation, easy maintenance, cost-effective. However, no matter how good the flowmeter is, it also needs special attention in daily use. Otherwise, it will affect the measuring accuracy and service life of the flowmeter. Today, flowmeter manufacturer Aister meter mainly explains the maintenance and maintenance of ultrasonic flowmeters as follows.

Ultrasonic flowmeter in view of different installation methods, then the requirements for installation are also different, today the flowmeter manufacturer Aister meter mainly for the installation requirements of different installation methods of ultrasonic flowmeter, for you to make the following explanation.

Ultrasonic flowmeter is a non-contact instrument, so it has the advantages of simple installation and maintenance, and is very popular with customers. However, because of this advantage of ultrasonic flowmeters, it is precisely after a period of use that the signal will be weak.

The various advantages of ultrasonic flowmeter we don’t talk about today, today the flowmeter manufacturer Aister meter mainly for you to briefly introduce the ultrasonic flowmeter after the use of maintenance problems, we should not put a lot of time and money on the cost of here, I hope to help you, there is a need to collect.

External clamp ultrasonic flowmeter is a very suitable for pipe full pipe measurement flow meter, with easy installation, non-contact type, can measure the medium flow of large pipe diameter can also be used for measuring the medium that is not easy to contact and observe.
